And tools to identify sites that plagiarize. It's nothing new, but quite shameful, when seemingly popular sites do it. The best thing to do is to name and shame. Getting the courts involved will only make things more expensive. Also, it never hurts to keep the original copies of all the scratch material like CSS drafts, images, PSDs etc... Just in case they dispute the claim. In a really bad case, it's probably best to get the ACLU invovled. Plagiarism.org has a HUGE list of sites that practice this behavior. And tools to identify sites that plagiarize.
